Upload a selfie or full body picture, get paid

1. Grant of Rights

You ("Contributor") grant to the Recipient a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, and create derivative works from the photograph and personal information you submit through this form ("the Contribution").

2. Identity & Authenticity

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, that the photograph submitted is of you and only you, that no other person appears in the photograph, and that you are the same person executing the signature on this agreement.

3. Compensation

In consideration of the rights granted herein, Recipient will provide compensation in accordance with the rate and method communicated to you upon successful submission and review of your Contribution. Payment shall be issued within thirty (30) days of approval.

4. Use of Likeness

You consent to the use of your name, likeness, and country of origin in connection with the Contribution for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to marketing, training of machine learning systems, editorial use, and commercial reproduction.

5. Originality & Ownership

You warrant that the photograph is original, was taken by you or with your express consent, and that no third party holds any rights in the photograph that would conflict with this agreement.

6. Waiver of Inspection

You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any copy that may be used in connection with the Contribution, or the use to which it may be applied.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Recipient from any claims arising from a breach of your representations and warranties under this agreement.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Recipient is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Contribution and supersedes any prior understandings.

10. Acknowledgement

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this agreement, and that your electronic signature is legally binding.
